Nov. 19th AMPLIFIER headline Eclipsed-Festival (Colos-Saal in Aschaffenburg). Eclipsed is a very cool German music mag. They love Amplifier, so we're headlining their show. Easy.
Further shows probably in the New Year now; laboratory experiments are already underway for the 2nd album so that'll be the AMPLIFIER focus for a while. That is going to be a storm.
If any shows do grab our fancy in the meantime we'll let you know. And there will be UK shows in the New Year, we promise. Various necessities have kept AMPLIFIER largely in Europe, but we know there are plenty of you wanting to see the band again. Patience. Thanks. FTM.

This is not true.
Genuine shows will be put on the board as soon as they're confirmed by AMPLIFIER.
Anything else, ignore. Well you can believe NME, Kerrang! etc but you know what we mean...
If you speak to AMPLIFIER management by any means other than this board + it's email addresses please can you inform us, because it's very unlikely to have been a legit conversation.

SURPRISE GIG: HELMET have just asked AMPLIFIER to support them @ Bristol Academy this Sunday, 5th December.
As a special concession for AMPLIFIER fans,
if you send your name (plus guests' names) to info@amplifiertheband.com by 3pm on Sunday 5th
you will be able to get into this show for £6 instead of £13.50.

NB PLEASE NOTE DEC. 10th SHOW @ CAMDEN BARFLY WITH Kaiser Chiefs IS CANCELLED.
The management of Kaiser Cheifs (+, natch, The Beat Up too...) wanted AMPLIFIER demoted from main support, as advertised, to opening act. Make of that what you will.
Consequently AMPLIFIER would have had barely 20 mins for their set + wouldn't have been able to use their full equipment which, as I'm sure you understand, would seriously compromise the quality of the performance for you.
We hope you understand why we didn't feel we had any option but to pull the show and apologise for any inconvenience.
AMPLIFIER will be back in London in the New Year.
