Even as we speak, Amplifier are in the process of recording tracks for their next 2 albums.

Entitled "Mystoria" and "The Octopus", they will be done and dusted towards the end of the year.

When asked why they decided to record two albums at once, they replied that it was easier and less of a effort than having to concentrate on merely one.

The band are currently available for comment, but won't.

They have constructed large swathes of it and are really quite pleased.

AMPLIFIER are currently NOT taking requests and suggestions about which direction their new material should follow.

However, they do appreciate the put in, and would like to offer thanks to their everyone.

Nov. 19th AMPLIFIER headline Eclipsed-Festival (Colos-Saal in Aschaffenburg). Eclipsed is a very cool German music mag. They love Amplifier, so we're headlining their show. Easy.
Further shows probably in the New Year now; laboratory experiments are already underway for the 2nd album so that'll be the AMPLIFIER focus for a while. That is going to be a storm.
If any shows do grab our fancy in the meantime we'll let you know. And there will be UK shows in the New Year, we promise. Various necessities have kept AMPLIFIER largely in Europe, but we know there are plenty of you wanting to see the band again. Patience. Thanks. FTM.

Hi all, sorry for recent lack of news, AMPLIFIER have been getting some new things sorted out and there should be news soon for a busy 2005. Thanks for your patience.
In the meantime:
Thanks to our German fans - AMPLIFIER are 7th in the Visions Magazine Best Newcomers Poll.
Given that Franz Ferdinand won + AMPLIFIER have played less than a dozen times in Germany with the record barely promoted there yet the band are delighted.
Europe has been good to AMPLIFIER! They'll be back soon. Thanks.
